During your Private Health Review, we will:

✔ Confirm that your health concerns can be best served through our mobile services. We accept only patients we can serve at the highest level. If another provider is better suited, you’ll receive a clear referral — no extra cost.

✔ Eliminate unnecessary travel or wasted trips. You know exactly what to expect before your mobile visit.

✔ Prepare a tailored experience before we arrive.

Once your virtual review is complete, we schedule your mobile visit at a time that works best for you and your appointment includes: A personalized chiropractic exam, detailed review of findings, your first adjustment (when clinically appropriate), a clear care plan outlining your next steps.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments forfeit the reservation deposit.

This policy protects the integrity of the concierge schedule and ensures availability for committed patients.
