Fee Schedule for Individuals
NEW PATIENT EXPERIENCE
New Patient Visit = $175
Includes (No hidden fees. No surprises.):

INDIVIDUAL VISIT FEES
Standard Chiropractic Adjustment = $85 per visit
This is the “pay-as-you-go” option for people not on a membership.
THE SOURCE CARE JOURNEY MEMBERSHIPS: Realigned → Restored → Redeemed
Once we understand your goals and match those with our exam findings you’ll be recommended a plan of action. Each care plan will offers fixed monthly visits that match the goals of that stage. Visits do not roll over.

Relief Care: Reduce the subluxation, get the relief you need and restore normal motion so healing can begin. This phase starts your healing journey. 12 visits per month = $840/month (Retail value $1,020 — You save $180)
2️⃣ RESTORED PHASE

3️⃣ REDEEMED LIFE WELLNESS (weekly)
Healthier & Stronger Over Time: Maintain alignment, elevate energy, and grow healthier year after year. This is the ideal long-term wellness rhythm. 4 visits per month = $220/month (Retail value $340 — You save $120)
4️⃣ REDEEMED LIFE MAINTENANCE (biweekly)
Maintain and Protect: Stay aligned and protect your progress during busy seasons of life. A great option when schedules get tight. 2 visits per month = $120/month (Retail value $170 — You save $50)

FAMILY VISIT FEES
Family Chiropractic Visit (same time slot) = $145 per family visit
A family is defined as: Parent(s) and children under 18, all scheduled in the same time slot.
Family member in a separate time slot: +$50 per separate time slot.

The whole family, living aligned. Simple. Predictable. Perfect for families. This covers the entire family (as defined above) 4 family visits per month (same time slot) = $580/month (4 weeks × $145 family visit)
2️⃣ FAMILY REDEEMED LIFE (Biweekly)
Consistency during busy seasons. 2 family visits per month (same time slot) = $290/month (2 visits × $145 family visit)

Payments and Billing

Here’s exactly how payments work:
💳 Payment at Time of Service
All services—including new patient exams and individual visits—are due at the time they are rendered. This keeps things simple, honest, and predictable for everyone.
🔁 Monthly Billing for Membership Plans
If you're enrolled in one of our care memberships (Realigned, Restored, Redeemed, or Renewed): Your preferred card is stored securely through our encrypted billing partner. Memberships are billed automatically each month on the same date. Memberships renew monthly unless you choose to pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. No invoices. No paperwork. No stress. Just consistent care and consistent billing.

We gladly accept: Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Chiropractic care is fully eligible for most plans.
₿ Crypto Payments Accepted
For those who prefer modern alternatives, we also accept: Bitcoin and Select major cryptocurrencies. (This option is available for both individual visits and membership plans.)

🛡️ Medicare & Insurance Notice
The Source for Natural Health is a private-pay practice and does not participate with Medicare or any public insurance programs. Medicare only covers a very limited scope of chiropractic services — specifically, manual spinal manipulation to correct a vertebral subluxation when it is documented as medically necessary.
Medicare does not cover: Maintenance or wellness care, Rehabilitative or corrective-program visits, X-rays or diagnostic imaging, Exams or evaluations, Lifestyle-based membership plans, Any additional therapies or services provided in our practice, Because of these limitations, all services at The Source are self-pay and are not eligible for Medicare reimbursement. This allows us to provide the frequency and quality of care your body truly needs without restrictions, delays, or denials from insurance companies.

If at any time your condition requires services outside the scope of what we provide — including imaging, specialty assessment, medical evaluation, or chiropractic techniques not offered here — we will make an appropriate referral to the proper health-care provider or another chiropractor who can best serve your needs.
